Master of bossa nova and composer of The Girl from Ipanema, Tom Jobim was probably the most famous of Brazilian composers worldwide. This homage is a beautiful collage of performances by artists from Brazil and abroad, including international stars like Frank Sinatra and Judy Garland. It is not a film about his life, but about his songs, and how they have circulated across the globe in different countries, voices and languages.
