The film seems to be the French equivalent of “The Life of the Others’. This is a political thriller where Duval, a middle aged and unemployed man (Cluzet), is recruited to transcribe telephone conversations. Everything is fine as he thinks he is serving his country but a murder will put everything into question. The nightmare starts when his conscience wakes up.
